Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work:
- Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or issue a refund. Please provide photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval and process your refund to your original payment method.
